Standard packages are delivered within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. Custom Journey packages require 5-7 business days for research and preparation.
Can I request changes to a route after purchase?
Yes, minor adjustments are included at no extra charge. Significant route changes may incur an additional fee depending on the scope of work required.
What if a business on your route has closed?
We verify business hours quarterly and issue free updates to affected routes. If you encounter a closed location during your trip, email us and we will suggest alternatives immediately.
Do you offer routes in French?
Our Quebec routes are available in both English and French. Other regional routes are currently English only, with French translations planned for 2027.
Can I share my route with travel companions?
Yes, routes are licensed for personal use by up to 4 people travelling together. Commercial redistribution or resale is not permitted.
